Got Questions? We've Got Answers!SLUG is the last part of your easu digital card link. For example the slug [vwatches] will create the link https://easu.pro/vwatches. You can use only alphanumeric value without spaces. It can be your name or even a number of random characters.
You can change the slug at anytime but be aware that changing it, a new QR code will be created and your old one will not work. This also affects your NFC phiscal business card, NFC sticker, Wallet card as well as all existing links you have added to emails, webpages, flyers, brochures esc.
If you received a physical card then you were given a serial number. Enter this in the SLUG field.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your current plan or even delete your account anytime.
It is available for free with Silver and Gold Plan. Please contact Support or use our Support Chat found on the bottom right and follow the steps of the ChatBot, to receive your Wallet business card.
You will be downgraded to the Free Plan. The extra fields will not be lost.
The easiest way would be to do the following:
- Login to your easu account
- Go to QR-Builder page
- Under Helpful Links select Copy Link
- Go to your iPhone Settings > General > Text Replacement
- Select + to Add New
- Paste the easu link you copied at step 3 in the Phrase field
- Enter something you remember in Shortcut field. For example three hashtags ###
Every time you type ### followed by [space] it will automatically be replaced with your easu card link.
You can ask for the deletion of your account anytime by contacting Support. The deletion of your digital card and all your account details will be permanent.
